Return Policy

If your order arrives with any missing or damaged items, please reach out to our customer service team (customerservice@billyfigs.com) right away. We're happy to provide free replacements or a full refund to make things right.

For higher-value orders (over $100 USD), we highly recommend selecting Express Shipping—it's the most secure and reliable option available. While standard postal shipping is more budget-friendly, it can sometimes be less dependable. Please note that we generally do not offer refunds for packages lost through standard postal services. We encourage you to consider this when choosing your shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! As we're based in the United States, international shipping rates will be higher than domestic ones.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the best option for your location and order. For higher-value orders (over $100 USD), we strongly recommend selecting UPS or a tracked/express USPS option for added security and reliability.

Important Note on Lost Shipments
We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages lost when using standard (untracked) USPS shipping. Choosing a tracked or express method significantly reduces this risk.

Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt. If we're ever out of town for an extended period and unable to meet this timeframe, we'll contact you directly with an update.

The products sold on Billy Figs are custom-made action figure parts and accessories intended for adult collectors and customizers. They are not official products from any brand, company, or franchise depicted, and no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is claimed or implied.

Billy Figs parts are pad printed and may have minor imperfections typical of custom work. Colors may vary slightly from screen images due to monitor settings and production batches.

These products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age due to choking hazards.

All sales are final except as outlined in our Returns & Replacements policy. Billy Figs is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments when standard/untracked shipping methods are selected.
